General Contracting

Construction Management
Similar to the design-build model, Construction Management (At Risk) enables Vertex to have significant input during the design phase of the project. Collaborating with the architect and the owner at the project’s outset, we can assist in the overall planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, and construction. After the project is designed, establishing the agreement of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and fixed fee fosters an open-book relationship with our owners, enabling us to provide frequent and precise updates throughout the process.
Design-Build Projects
When a one-stop service model is preferred, Vertex can provide clients with both the design and construction under a single design-build contract. The design-build delivery contractually offers the owner a single point of responsibility for design and construction services, ensuring total accountability and continuity. This method works well when accelerated construction delivery is required or when budget constraints necessitate value engineering.

Tilt-Wall
Vertex possesses the qualifications to manage any tilt-wall or pre-cast projects for our clients.
Tilt-wall construction can enhance delivery times for construction projects, reduce costs, and is a relatively popular construction method for low to mid-rise structures. Large concrete slabs are formed horizontally on-site and then tilted upward into their final vertical position.
